Breath and Body Reset

With Karin & Kiley

Join us for a gentle one-hour class designed to help you ease tension, calm the mind, and connect with your body.

Through simple breathwork practices, soothing movement, and techniques like gentle pandiculation (a natural “stretch and release” for the nervous system), you’ll explore tools that can ease anxiety and bring a sense of grounded calm.

No experience is needed — everything is slow, accessible, and adaptable to all bodies. You’ll leave feeling more spacious in your breath, lighter in your body, and steadier in your mind — with practical tools you can take home to help calm your body and mind whenever you need.

Perfect if you’re looking for simple, effective ways to find calm in everyday life.

Seasonal Sound Experience — Winter

Collaboration with Manoj Collective

This seasonal sound experience offers a gentle pause — an invitation to slow down, soften, and rest deeply in the heart of winter.

The evening will be led by Manoj of Manoj Collective, who will guide a calming and immersive sound journey using crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, and gentle percussion. The sounds are offered to support relaxation of the nervous system, quiet the mind, and encourage a sense of ease and inner stillness.

You’ll be guided into a comfortable, fully supported resting position as waves of sound move through the space — no effort, no movement, simply allowing yourself to receive.

Karin and Kiley of Satya Yoga and Wellbeing will be present throughout the session to assist, support, and help hold the space. After the sound experience, there will be time to connect with the community over herbal tea and a small homemade sweet treat — with no need to rush away.

No experience needed. If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please check if this event is suitable for you via email before making a booking here.
Please bring a mat, blanket, and pillow to ensure your comfort.

Yoga Foundations Workshop

With Kiley and Karin

This 2-hour Yoga Foundations workshop will gently explore heart-opening postures and backbends, with an emphasis on safe alignment, breath, and nervous system awareness.

Backbends can sometimes feel daunting, yet when approached skilfully they can be deeply supportive and accessible. We’ll break down key poses, use preparatory movements, and explore ways to open the chest and front body while avoiding compression or strain in the lower back or shoulders.

The workshop will include:
• Simple anatomy and movement principles for back bending
• Preparatory poses and strength where it’s needed
• Options and adaptations for different bodies
• Time to move slowly, feel, and rest

This workshop is suitable for all levels, especially those wanting to build confidence, understanding, and ease in heart-opening poses.
