At Satya Yoga & Wellbeing, I help people reconnect with their bodies, release tension, and cultivate balance through yoga, and practical lifestyle guidance. My workshops are designed for organisations, workplaces, retreats, and community groups, creating a safe and inspiring space for wellbeing.

Corporate & Workplace Wellness

I deliver tailored yoga and wellbeing workshops for companies seeking to support staff health and resilience. Recent work includes Staffordshire Police, where sessions combined movement, breath work, and practical lifestyle tools.

Workshop topics can include:

  • Yoga for posture, mobility, and energy

  • Breathwork and stress management

  • Lifestyle habits to support recovery and wellbeing

Sessions can be in person or online, from short lunchtime practices to full-day workshops.

Retreats & Community Workshops

  • Food as part of overall mind-body wellbeing

All guidance is educational, non-clinical, and empowering — helping participants make small, positive changes that support their wellbeing.
