Terms & Conditions

GROUP CLASSES & PRE-BOOKING

Classes are subject to availability at all times. Satya Yoga and Wellbeing will make every effort to accommodate you in your selected class. Priority booking is granted to students who have prepaid for their classes. Monthly payments are for the calendar month and are paid in advance, with no option for extension beyond that period. The fee remains the same regardless of attendance at one or all classes within the chosen course. Classes cannot be transferred, but if you plan to miss a prepaid class, you may transfer it to another eligible student (not already enrolled in a course) with 24 hours’ notice and providing the student’s name. No refunds are offered in any other circumstances, and there is no option to switch to another group. Therefore, it is recommended to attend on your designated day and time.

PRIVATE YOGA TUITION

Payment for your private yoga session is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Failure to do so will result in the fee being non-refundable and non-transferable. If you arrive late for the session, it may still proceed but will end at the scheduled time to accommodate other bookings.

WORKSHOP BOOKINGS

To secure your spot, kindly make a full payment for the desired day when booking. You will receive a confirmation email once the booking is complete. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please do so within 5 days before the workshop start date through in-person, telephone, email, or text message. Refunds will not be provided after this deadline.

CANCELLATION

If you have booked onto and paid for a course but need to cancel for any reason, the course must be cancelled at least 7 days before the first session, otherwise the full course fee will be charged.

LATE ARRIVALS

Classes begin promptly at the scheduled start times. You are welcome to arrive 5-10 minutes early before the class starts, keeping in mind that there may be a previous class in session. Being early is considered being on time, allowing you to settle onto your mat, gather your props, and most importantly, relax. Please be mindful of your yoga teacher, fellow classmates, and your own safety by arriving on time. Latecomers may not be able to join the class, so we encourage all students to arrive before the class begins. If you anticipate being late, please contact us at 07855 760506, and we will accommodate you at a suitable time when it is safe for the teacher to assist you. However, if you are more than 10 minutes late, we regret that we will be unable to admit you to the class.
