Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is one of the most popular methods of yoga practised throughout the world today. It is sometimes called flow yoga.

Vinyasa is a practice whereby the asanas or poses are practiced combining the breath and the gaze. When you bring these three elements together you have vinyasa. Keeping the focus of the mind on the stillness of the breath throughout movement brings stillness of the mind.

It’s usual for us to start with some slower warm up movements, increase the pace and complexity of the poses and then winding down towards to the end. Our classes are aimed at complete beginners and those who have been practising for a longer period of time.
